Lodgic Kids Camp Lead Teachers report directly to the Lodgic Kids Camp Director, and in his/her absence reports to the delegated Administrator and/or Shift Lead. Under the direct supervision of the director, the duties will include: welcoming children, teaching and caring for children, interacting with families, facilitating the daily curriculum, managing safety, overseeing meal and snack times, attending to special situations, proper implementation of the six Big Moose Heart Values and curriculum philosophy, as well as fostering positive relationships with parents and children to build trust and respect.
