While we made the decision to exercise extreme caution and temporarily close our property in mid-March, we are ready to launch curbside and delivery from our restaurants. The rest of our business lines remain closed at this time, as does guest/member access inside our property.

With some space, we’ve had the opportunity to operationalize our food and beverage offerings in new and exciting ways. We’ve had clarity in how we can safely serve the greater Champaign-Urbana community. And we are ready!

We will offer menu items from both Everyday Kitchen and Clever Moose, all under the Everyday Kitchen brand. We are especially excited to offer family-style meals and grocery-style whole ingredient options as well. We believe this convenience is something families will appreciate and enjoy. Offerings will include our award-winning Big Shoulders coffee, breakfast, and brunch, to lunch, dinner, beer and wine, too! We continue to closely monitor the advice and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and our local governing authorities. As we launch our curbside and delivery offerings, here’s what we are doing to keep health and safety at the forefront:

1. Our sanitization services partner continues to provide hospital-grade, electrostatic disinfection services throughout our facility.
2. We require our employees to use extreme caution and stay home if they are not feeling well, and we are educating our employees on preventative measures provided by the CDC.

3. Mandatory masks and gloves are required for staff. And we will be performing a sanitizing wipe-down of all work surfaces every 30 minutes
